30-Day Returns
You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to start a return
Email us at support@cozyclaw.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no return needed.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
